Kabataan Party-list (KP), the biggest and only genuine Youth Party-list which represents the 15.1 M youth population in the country (2000 est.), specifically the Bicol Chapter, finds the need to blend with the times to reach out to more youth and people. What we mean by that is the ever increasing popularity of the wondrous and limitless world of the internet. We haven't taken this step as an effective venue of lobbying our vision, mission and of course our ways of achieving them. Through the Regional Secretariat of KP Bicol, in a recent meeting a couple of weeks ago, we have decided to create this blog. Main reasons are the following:
- Reach out to more Filipino Youth, not only in the Philippines, but to the whole world.
- Post statements, stands and plans of actions.
- Share the majority of the youth's sentiments on persisting and most current issues that affects not only the youth but the country's interests as a whole.
- Be the voice of the Youth.
- Be the voice of the minority.
- Be Freedom's abode.
